If you need some quick lunchbox options that will boost your energy though out the day

Have a look at these delicious, no bake, no fuss energy balls

- 2 Table spoons Honey
- 1 Cup Pitted dates
- 1 Cup Toasted Macadamia nuts
- 1 Cup Granola
- 1/2 Cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 Cup Almonds
- 2 Table spoons Chia seeds
- 1 Cup Desiccated coconut
- 1 Cup Chopped Pistachio Nuts
- White melting chocolate

Step 1: Place Dates, Macadamias, Cranberries & Almonds in food processor and pulse.
Step2: Add 1 Cup Granola, 2 T Honey & 2 T Chia seeds and mix well
Step 3-Devide the mix in 3 & Roll into balls 
- Coat the first batch with Coconut
- Roll the second batch in chopped Pistachios
- Drizzle the last batch of balls with melted white chocolate
